SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

All orders placed through our online store are shipped directly from our luxury boutiques in Como, Italy. Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays (no shipments or deliveries are made on public holidays).

Once your order has been approved, we will do our best to ship it within 2-3 business days.

We will send you a tracking number for each order via email.

Please ensure you have selected the country you wish to ship your order to before proceeding to checkout.

Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the selected country; please consult our table for estimated shipping times per country.

A signature upon delivery is always required. If the customer authorizes the courier to deliver without a signature, neither Tessabit nor the courier will be responsible for any loss of the package.

COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

Our online store ships throughout Italy and worldwide, with some exceptions. We temporarily do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey, and Brazil.

TESSABIT ships under DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) terms in most countries, with some exceptions. All charges, including customs duties and local taxes, are calculated and included in the final price at checkout. In these countries, goods will be delivered without any additional charges beyond what has already been paid at the time of purchase.

In the remaining countries under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms, local sales taxes and/or customs duties must be paid directly by the customer to the courier at the time of delivery, and these charges will not be refunded if the items are returned.

Remember to select the country where you wish to receive your order before starting your online shopping. Please note: items in your shopping cart or wish list will no longer be available if you change countries.

Our catalog and available services will also be updated if you change countries. You can have your order shipped to your preferred address or choose the Click-and-Collect service to pick up your order at one of our Click-and-Collect points.

The courier may not ship to certain locations or addresses, such as PO boxes or hold-for-pickup locations; we will inform you of any restrictions before completing your order.

U.S. CUSTOMS NOTICE 

Shipments to the U.S. over USD 800 now require formal customs clearance under updated IEEPA rules.

Custom officials might request a confirmation of your EIN Tax ID or Social Security number.

Please note this may lead to processing delays compared to the previous simplified procedure.
