RETURN POLICY

In compliance with Italian law and the governmental decree issued by parliamentary delegation no. 21 of 21/02/2014, customers have the right to return products purchased within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

Currently, we can only accept returns for refunds; exchanges are not available.

Before requesting a return, please carefully read the following conditions and ensure that you can comply with them.

Products must be returned intact, with all original tags and/or security seals still attached and including any accessories (e.g., dust bags) and/or special packaging. Items returned incomplete, used, or damaged will not be accepted.

Footwear must be returned without marks and in its original undamaged box, as it is considered part of the product. Shoes must be tried on in a clean environment, as we will not accept returns of shoes with dirty or worn soles. Returned products must be new and in the same condition in which they were delivered, including the original box. Please carefully package the product and avoid placing labels directly onto the original shoe box, as we cannot accept the return nor issue a refund if this condition is not respected.

Socks, underwear, and bath products must be returned with hygienic protective labels intact and in unopened packaging.

Underwear and swimwear must be tried on while wearing your own underwear. We do not accept any returns of products that have been worn or are dirty.

We also kindly ask you to avoid wearing strong perfumes or makeup when trying on items, as these might jeopardize the approval of your return.

You may request a return free of charge for any reason within 14 days of the delivery of your order and you have an additional 14 days to ship back the items. Returns can only be shipped from the country in which the order was originally delivered. Items must have been purchased online and not in-store. Returned items must not have been altered in any way after purchase (including alterations offered by our boutiques).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or do not comply with our return conditions. In this case, items will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees related to a refused return. If, as an exceptional measure, we decide to accept a non-compliant return, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refundable amount to cover administrative and/or restocking fees for missing components.

Since we cannot authorize nor accept returns that do not comply with these conditions, please contact us if you have any doubts or questions.

Returns are free; however, if you choose to use a different courier, shipping fees will be at your expense, and we will not be responsible for any damages or loss of the items.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • The product must be undamaged, unworn, with the original tag still attached, and in its original box.

  • Complete the online Return Request procedure found in your account after logging in.

  • Use the pre-printed return label provided in your package, attaching it to the box so it covers the original shipping label. If you cannot find the pre-printed label, contact our Customer Service.

YOUR DHL COURIER

  • If you have not yet booked the pickup through our Guided Procedure, call DHL at the number found in the confirmation email of your Return Request, to schedule a pickup, providing our Customer Code: 106905409 and our Account Name: BEAT S.r.l.
    Alternatively, you may drop off your package at the nearest DHL Service Point, which can be found here.

We kindly ask you not to accept any additional services offered by DHL when scheduling the pickup, as these services (e.g., parcel insurance, guaranteed delivery by 12:00 pm next day) are not included in our Return Policy.

RETURNS

Returns are free. You will find a pre-printed, prepaid return label inside your package.

If your order contains multiple items, please ensure all are returned together in a single shipment.
You will be provided with one return label; arranging an additional shipment will be your responsibility if needed.

PLEASE NOTE

As soon as we receive your returned item, we will perform a quality check.
You will subsequently receive an email confirming the acceptance of your return.
Your refund will then be processed as soon as possible, directly to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original payment.

You will typically see the refund in your bank or PayPal account within 7 days. Please consider that this timing depends on bank processing procedures and may vary from country to country. If you do not see the refund within 14 days after we have received the returned product, please contact us.
